Exterior Wood Effect Paneling Set in a variety of 9 colors. These are one of my many earlier creations that I made over 4 years ago. I have since updated them entirely and renamed appropriately in package format.
This is a wood texture I originally made for the Sims 2 as floors - (Old Slatted Wood Floors). I liked it so much that I wanted it in my Sims 3 game and of course, I thought I would share! It has one recolorable channel and can be found under the Wood category in CAS.
Ribbed Carpet Pattern. Great for floors. Given that I just updated this for the Sims 2, I figured while I was at it I would also release it as a pattern for the Sims 3. So I hope you like.
This pattern has one recolorable channel and can be found in Carpet & Rug category. Both vertical & horizontal versions have been included.
The Brick Pattern is ideal for walls, objects, and possibly flooring. It has two recolorable channels, the cement grout, and the main brick.
Hope you have fun adding your own color styles to this pattern. Brick Pattern can be found in the Masonry category.
Ashbourne Fence & Gate Set. This was a set I did way back in the beginning when I first started creating for the Sims 2. Needless to say, that was some time ago. So I decided to give it a complete update and revamp it for the Sims 3.
Both fence and gate are fully customizable in CAS editor and have 3 recolorable channels, giving you the option to mix and match your colors/textures. The two variations included are just basic wood textures, however, I am sure you will have fun matching them to your own sim homes.
Please note, unfortunately, the cast iron hinges are not customizable.
Worn Stucco Wall Set - 30 Stucco Walls with a variety of white wood moldings & panels.
The set comprises of 10 x Worn Stucco Walls with white wood moldings, 10 x Worn Stucco Walls with white wood panels & moldings and 10 x Worn Stucco Walls with white wood moldings & high wood panels.
This is a custom texture, so if there is a color you would like. Please let me know.
Hope you enjoy. Happy Simming.
